Advisor Terms

Last Updated: October 25, 2026

These terms apply to advisor accounts, in addition to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict, these Advisor Terms control for advisor accounts.

1. Who may use an advisor account

Advisor accounts are for individuals who provide tax, planning or advisory services to others and who are at least 18 years old. You agree that everything you enter at signup is accurate and that you will keep it current. Credentials, license numbers and other professional details are self-reported; Bullseye does not verify them and does not endorse any advisor.

2. Your account

  • An advisor account is separate from a personal Bullseye account and needs its own email address. Accounts cannot be converted from one type to the other.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; do not share your login.
  • You must verify your email before you can sign in.

3. Client information

  • The Advisor Portal lets you create client profiles. We recommend identifying clients with anonymized labels and not entering names, Social Security numbers, account numbers or contact details.
  • You are solely responsible for the information you enter about others, for having any consent or authority you need to use it, and for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to you, such as confidentiality, privacy and data-handling obligations.
  • Each client profile is stored encrypted with its own key and is visible only to your account. Bullseye administrators can see counts and activity for advisor accounts. Encryption keys are managed by the service.
  • Clients do not have accounts and do not receive communications from Bullseye.

4. Not advice; your professional responsibility

Bullseye produces planning illustrations from simplified assumptions, including simplified federal and state tax rules and Medicare/IRMAA tables. Results are estimates and may be wrong or out of date. Bullseye does not provide tax, legal, investment or financial advice and is not a substitute for tax preparation or professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for any advice, recommendation, filing or decision you make or give to a client, and for reviewing results before relying on or sharing them.

5. Reports you generate

Reports show the name, firm, contact details, logo and disclaimer that you provide. You are responsible for their content, for using only a logo you have the right to use, and for keeping an appropriate disclaimer on anything you give to clients. Bullseye is not a party to your relationship with your clients.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials or affiliation.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass limits such as client or AI-usage limits.
  • Do not scrape the service, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Limits

Advisor accounts have a limit on the number of client profiles, on the number of scenarios per client, and on daily AI usage. We may change these limits, and an administrator may adjust them for an account.

8. Suspension and termination

We may disable or terminate an advisor account at any time, including for suspected violations of these terms or misuse of the service. A disabled account cannot sign in; its data is retained and may be restored or deleted at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account and client data by contacting support.

9. Beta; free service; no warranty

The Advisor Portal is a beta service: it is new, features and screens may change, and it may contain errors. It is currently provided free of charge. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and without any commitment to availability or continued free access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullseye and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using the service, including advice given to your clients. You agree to indemnify Bullseye against claims arising from your use of the service, the information you enter, or the advice you give.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use of your advisor account after a change means you accept the updated terms.
